Customs

The activity with which Maimex has been born.

Today a large team of experts is engaged to provide this service covering all the aspects and the problems related to the customs operations, both in export and in import. Nine Customs Brokers regularly patented by the Ministry are directly employed in our Company in order to guarantee assistance in Central Customs District, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finances or any public office connected with imports. Maimex has been the first forwarder to obtain from the Ministry of Finances the licence of clearance in "Simplified Procedure" that means that the goods can be cleared in the Maimex’s warehouse after two hours from the arrival and delivered to receiver directly.

LOGISTICS

Study of logistic flow solutions that starts from pick up of manufact from the production places, and ends with distribution to final buyers, with all services connected: transports, storages, inventories, preparation of orders, filling relevant documentation.

INSURANCE

Our company has signed an interesting transport insurance covering All Risks as per international clauses, with CHARTIS EUROPE S.A. on behalf of those customers that require this service.
